We have several upcoming parent meetings here at Hydesville School. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend any or all of these important conversations if you are available.

Student Athlete Parent Meeting, Wednesday, September 14th at 6:30
  • In the past five years, Hydesville School student population has grown by about 50 students. This creates some new challenges for our sports program and teams. On Wednesday, we will be discussing these challenges and looking for possible solutions for the 2016-17 school year.

School Community LCAP Meeting, Thursday, September 15, 6:00
  • New school funding laws require school districts to focus on eight key areas that help all students succeed. The law also requires schools to seek information, input, and evidence from all stakeholder groups when planning school budgets.  We invite you to come learn about the LCAP process and how your input can help us create goals and integrate those goals into school planning and budget development.

Get Connected Barbecue, Monday, September 19, 6:00
  • A school is as strong as the community that supports it. Hydesville school is so strong because of the many ways our parents and community support our programs.  If you have an interest in working with a school support organization but don’t know much about them, please join us Monday evening to see what might fit your interests, talents, and time.  Representatives will be sharing a bit about the purpose of their organization, how it works, and what you can do to become involved.  (See attached flyer)

We hope to see you at one or all of these events! Your input and support means a lot to the children in our community!

 Warmly,

 Lisa Jager
